Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
Electric shoe polisher is available at the reception.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
We want to inform you that the check in is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm (after this we make the self check-in), and the check out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
We are a new generation of landlords and therefore, since our reception is not always manned, we ask you to contact us 30 minutes before your arrival at the number +39 040 37 20 004 and it will be our best to organize your arrival in the building.
On request, we make early check-in and late check-out.
BREAKFAST
For breakfast, we collaborate with Home Sapori di Casa, an elegant bar located in the same building at the ground floor.
Our guests will receive a 10% discount
Payment must be made directly to them, at the time of consumption.
PARKING AREA
We have an agreement with the Park San Giusto of Via del Teatro Romano 16, a multi-storey covered parking about 100 m from us. The rates are € 1.90 per hour and € 7.00 for the whole night (from 8.00 pm to 7.00 am the following day). The 24-hour subscription costs € 20.00. On all rates our guests have a 15% discount.
Along Riva del Mandracchio and Riva 3 November there are other paid parking with a parking meter on the road, free from 20.00 to 7.00.
If you arrive with the car and you have luggage to unload, you can stop for a short time in the dedicated parking area in the street in front of the structure.
